The Legal Profession Act, 2008  was enacted to provide for the regulation of the legal profession, for the qualification, enrolment and discipline of its members and for related matters. The Act includes a Code of Ethics which all Attorneys-at-Law must abide by. (see pages 27 to 41 for the Code)
